Janitorial & office cleaning in Los Angeles
Offices, studios, salons, clinics and small commercial units — cleaned in the evening or at the weekend, so nobody is working around a vacuum.
Janitorial visits are billed at $88 an hour for a two-person crew, and are usually scheduled after hours, two to five nights a week.We work on a rolling monthly agreement with no long lock-in: give us thirty days ’ notice and it ends. The walkthrough is used to estimate how many hours a visit takes and how many nights a week you need us — the hourly rate itself never changes, and there are no separate add-on fees.
Two-person crew, all cleaning supplies included. A walkthrough estimates how many hours your space needs.
Most clients take us 2 – 5 nights a week after the last person leaves.
Thirty days ’ notice either way. No annual contract, no cancellation penalty.

The kinds of sites we look after
Offices & professional suites
Small and mid-size offices where the priority is restrooms, the kitchen, and floors that look right when the first person arrives at 8am.
Salons & studios
Hair, nail and beauty spaces have their own mess: product residue, hair, and a floor that gets constant traffic. These usually need us six nights a week.
Clinics & treatment rooms
Disinfection-first work with a documented routine. We follow the protocol you give us rather than improvising.
Retail & small commercial units
Front-of-house glass, floors and restrooms, done before opening or after closing so trading hours are never affected.
Janitorial & Office — common questions
Almost always. Most of our commercial clients want us in after the last person leaves or before the first arrives. Weekend scheduling is available at the same rate.
No. It is a rolling monthly agreement with thirty days' notice on either side. We would rather keep the work by doing it well than by locking you in for a year.
We can. Either you stock paper, soap and liners and we simply flag when they are running low, or we supply and bill them at cost plus a small handling charge. Most clients start with the first and switch to the second.
Yes. Liability insurance covers every commercial job, and every cleaner is vetted before they are put on a site. If your building requires vendor registration or a COI, we will provide the paperwork.
Yes, if they are within our service area. Multi-site clients get one point of contact and one invoice rather than separate arrangements per address.
