Who we are

Natalie ’ s Cleaning is a house cleaning and janitorial service operating in Los Angeles and Ventura County, California. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it under California law.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

Estimate requests.Your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, the service you want, your home size (optional) and anything you write in the message box.
Newsletter sign-ups.Your email address, and nothing else.
Phone and email enquiries.Whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.

We donotask for and never need your payment card details, Social Security number, or any government identification through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a price.
To schedule, carry out and follow up on cleaning work.
To send our monthly newsletter, if and only if you asked for it.
To keep basic business records, including for tax purposes.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not intend to. We do not sell your data to lead-generation companies, marketing lists, or anyone else. There is no financial incentive attached to giving us your details.

Third-party services this website uses

We keep these to a minimum, and we list all of them:

Google Fonts(fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) — loads the typefaces on every page. Your browser ’ s IP address is visible to Google as part of that request.
Google Maps — an embedded map appears on ourcontact page only. When that page loads the map, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. No other page on this site loads it.
Jotform — powers the AI chat assistant in the bottom-left corner of every page. It loads from jotform.com, which means Jotform receives your IP address on every page you visit, and receives anything you type into the chat. Do not put payment details or identification documents into it. Jotform processes that data on our behalf under its own privacy policy; if you would rather not use it, ignore it and call us instead — the assistant is never required to book a clean.
Our web host — keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Apart from the chat assistant described above, this website runsno analytics, no advertising pixels and no session-recording tools.Nothing on this site records your mouse movements, keystrokes or screen. If we add any of those, we will update this page before doing so.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies of our own, and this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies may be set by two third parties described above: Google ’ s, on the contact page, from the embedded map, and Jotform ’ s, on any page, from the chat assistant. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the rest of this website will work normally without them.

Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, if you are a California resident you have the right to:

Knowwhat personal information we have collected about you, and where it came from.
Accessa copy of that information.
Deleteyour personal information, subject to legal record-keeping we are required to maintain.
Correctinaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharingof your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right stands.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information.We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
Not be discriminated againstfor exercising any of these rights. We will not refuse you service, change your price, or give you a lower standard of cleaning because you asked us about your data.

To exercise any of these rights, call us on(818) 588-9952or email[email protected]and tell us what you want. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, which normally just means matching your phone number against our records. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for seven years afterwards, because tax and insurance rules require it. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are sent to our business email and access is limited to the people who need it to do the job. No security is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store card details or identification documents anywhere, which removes the most damaging category of risk entirely.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.

Accessibility of this notice

California regulations require privacy notices to be accessible. This page is built to the same WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard as the rest of the site — see ouraccessibility statement. If you need this policy in another format, call us and we will provide it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to tracking or third-party tools will be reflected herebeforethose tools go live.
