Six services, one local team, one standard. Every job is billed at a transparent $88 per hour for a two-person crew, with an estimate of hours given before we start, and every clean follows a written checklist for that specific property.

Deep Cleaning
Everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, window tracks, grout and behind appliances.

Empty-property clean to a landlord or realtor standard. Inside every cabinet, drawer, appliance and closet.

Same-Day Cleaning
Urgent slots Monday to Saturday. Call before 11am and we can usually be there the same afternoon, billed at the same hourly rate — no separate rush fee.

Every job is billed at $88 per hour for a two-person crew, no matter the service. As a rough guide only, a standard clean typically runs about 2 to 2.5 hours for a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment, about 3 hours for a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom home (4 to 5 hours for a deep clean), and about 4 to 5 hours for a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom home.
