Twenty-three cities from the Conejo Valley and Santa Clarita to the coast and Downtown LA. We are based in the San Fernando Valley, which is what makes same-day work possible across most of that list.
We serve Calabasas, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, Marina del Rey, Burbank, Glendale, Studio City, Van Nuys, Sylmar, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Beverly Hills, Century City, Brentwood, Malibu, Hollywood, Downtown LA, West Hollywood, Woodland Hills and Santa Clarita, plus Hidden Hills, Simi Valley and Pacific Palisades.There is no travel surcharge for any of them — every job is billed the same way, at $88 an hour for a two-person crew. Newer, larger tract homes in Valencia and Saugus, reached via the I-5 north of the Valley.
Hidden Hills
Guard-gated throughout, so every visit is pre-registered with the gatehouse. Large lots, guest houses and stables mean we quote on a walkthrough rather than over the phone.
Simi Valley
Family housing with a lot of recurring weekly and bi-weekly work. Dust from the surrounding hills makes shutters and sills the recurring problem here.
Pacific Palisades
Hillside properties with long driveways and difficult access. Many clients here book seasonal deep cleans rather than weekly visits.

No. Every city listed on this page is inside our normal service area and billed the same way — $88 an hour for a two-person crew, not on how far we drive.
Call and ask. We regularly take work in Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Newbury Park and Venice, which are not listed separately here because they sit inside an existing run.
Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks are easiest because they are closest to our base. Coastal, west-side, Hollywood/DTLA and Santa Clarita addresses are possible but tighter — call before 11am Monday to Saturday.
No, and we would rather say so. We cover the San Fernando Valley, the Tri-Cities area (Burbank and Glendale), the Conejo Valley, the coastal west side, Hollywood, Downtown LA and Santa Clarita to the north. That leaves out plenty of Los Angeles County — if we cannot get to you reliably and on time, we are not the right company for you.
